Radiosonde

This is a radiosonde! They are usually carried by a balloon filled with helium or hydrogen. It measures all kinds of data in the atmosphere and sends the data back to a weather station by radio wave. However, these are not reusable, mainly because once the balloon pops there's no way to retrieve them. Sadly, they radiosondes often fall into the mountains or the sea and become a form of waste.
